PUBLIC INPUT 29 <br /> 30 <br />Rick Prose, represents the owners of the PAC building located at 2032 Highway 10, and asked if 31 <br />the Council is aware of the problems they are having with their project. He explained that they 32 <br />came before the Council in November to receive approval for the curb cut noting that he has 33 <br />documentation showing the approval and was presented at the closing. He stated that over the 34 <br />last eight months he has been working with Jim Lavalle about getting the parking lot done and 35 <br />working out the plans. He stated that they finely got it done and planned to give him an easement 36 <br />agreement noting the reason they did not sign the easement agreement is because Mr. LaValle 37 <br />would not sign a letter outlining the scope of the work they planned to do including the timeline 38 <br />and completion dates. He stated that this went on for approximately five days and they 39 <br />implemented the plan to develop the catch basin adding that during the course of time they were 40 <br />not able to rent the building. He acknowledged that it looks terrible adding that he does want to 41 <br />fix it up. He stated that owners want him to use the rent to finance the repairs adding that right 42 <br />now he does not have a parking lot and he has people who want to rent space but want to know 43 <br />when the parking lot would be finished. He stated that he has not been able to provide a date 44 <br />because Belmier won’t give him a set date for when they plan to complete the work. He stated 45
