<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6675 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDING PERSONNEL POLICY <br /> IN REGARD TO EDUCATIONAL REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed this item at the Council work session of November 7, <br />2005, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to the fact that educational costs have been rising year after year and the <br />current reimbursement amounts have not kept pace with tuition rate increases, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City encourages its employees to improve job performance in their present <br />position and to prepare for advancement with the City through self -development. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve Resolution 6675 approving Amending Personnel Policy Section 1.53 in Regard <br />to Educational Reimbursement Amounts as follows: <br /> <br />D. The employee must complete a Tuition Reimbursement Form prior to class <br />registration.
