The cost associated with moving of the Golf
Course Clubhouse is eligible for Tax Increment Fund. The remaining work can be
financed utilizing the Special Project Fund and the Park Dedication Fund.

Consultant Selection – There are several engineering consultants within the
City’s “consultant pool” from whom services could be obtained. The engineering
firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and Associates (BRAA) has ample
knowledge, experience, and expertise pertaining to assisting cities and other
clients with structural related projects and site development.
