<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6693 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Approving a Transfer of Business License Ownership from Elias Saman to <br />Khalid Ahmed for a Tobacco and Gasoline Business License for the Mounds <br />View BP, Inc. located at 2155 Highway 10 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Khalid Ahmed, recently submitted an application for a gasoline <br />and tobacco license located at 2155 Highway 10 ; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Ahmed has submitted the appropriate application materials, <br />fees, proof of workers compensation insurance, and passed a Fire Inspection; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the licensing period would be April 11, 2006- June 30, 2006; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve a gasoline and tobacco license for Khalid Ahmed of Mounds <br />View BP, Inc., located at 2155 Highway 10. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 10th day of April, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br />
