Based upon the <br />anticipated approval of the 2006 budget, the City Council approved the Staff’s <br />recommendation of a 3% cost of living adjustment effective January 1, 2006, and <br />a monthly insurance contribution of $685.20 for all non-union employees, <br />effective January 1, 2006. Attached for your consideration is Resolution 6696, <br />authorizing a 3% cost of living adjustment and insurance contribution of $685.20. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 6696 authorizing a 3% Cost of Living <br />Adjustment and Insurance Contribution of $685.20, effective January 1, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
