Based upon the <br />anticipated approval of the 2006 budget, the City Council approved the Staff’s <br />recommendation of a 3% cost of living adjustment effective January 1, 2006, and <br />a monthly insurance contribution of $685.20 for all non-union employees, <br />effective January 1, 2006.
