<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6683 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL CITY <br />WETLAND ZONING DISTRICT MAP RELATING TO THE <br />SPRING CREEK WETLAND BASIN <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View authorized the engineering firm of Short Elliot <br />Hendrickson Inc. (SEH Inc.) to conduct a wetland delineation of the area commonly known <br />as the Spring Creek Wetland Basin; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this wetland basin is generally located south of Woodale and Woodcrest <br />Drives, east of Pleasant View Drive, north of County Road H and west of Silver Lake Road; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the delineation was conducted and forwarded to Rice Creek Watershed <br />District, the local governmental unit having jurisdiction over this wetland, who accepted said <br />delineation and provided agency concurrence back to the City. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following documents regarding this <br />proposal: <br />1. Staff Report <br />2. Original Wetland District Map <br />3. New Wetland Delineation Map <br />4. RCWD Notice of Concurrence <br />5. Public Hearing Notice to Affected Residents <br />6. Chapter 1010, Wetland Zoning Regulations <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing regarding this amendment on <br />Monday, December 12, 2005 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council hereby <br />approves the amendment of the official wetland zoning maps of the City to reflect the <br />updated delineation of the Spring Creek basin, as shown on Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of December, 2005. <br /> <br />________________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br />________________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Clerk/Administrator <br /> <br />(Seal)
