<br />Donut Connection Report <br />February 7, 2005 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />If the City Council continues to support the acquisition of the Donut Connection site at 2394 <br />County Road 10, staff would simply request that the Council direct staff to negotiate with the <br />property owner and return to the Economic Development Authority on February 14, 2005 <br />with a resolution authorizing the acquisition with terms as negotiated and agreed upon by the <br />EDA.
