According to Mr. Ulrich’s <br />letter of hire dated June 14, 2003, and Resolution 6062, City Council authorized a <br />starting salary under Step 2 ($77,013.49) with an increase to Step 3 ($81,543.70) after <br />six months of employment pending a satisfactory performance and City Council <br />authorization. <br /> <br />On February 2, 2004, an Executive Session was scheduled to discuss Mr. Ulrich’s job <br />performance. It was the consensus of City Council that his performance satisfies the <br />requirements of the position. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />To approve Kurt Ulrich’s step increase from STEP TWO ($77,013.49) to STEP THREE <br />($81,543.70), effective January 21, 2004.
