<br />Waldoch Subdivision <br />February 23, 2004 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Given that the request satisfies all of the City’s zoning and subdivision requirements, staff and <br />the Planning Commission recommend approval Resolution 6179, a resolution approving a <br />minor subdivision of 2935 County Highway 10, with conditions.
