There are some <br />mature trees around <br />the lot perimeter but the <br />middle of the lot <br />appears clear of any <br />trees and other natural <br />obstructions. <br /> <br />The chain link fence, if <br />taller than 4 feet, would <br />have to be removed. <br />(No fence in front of a <br />home shall be taller <br />than 4 feet.) <br />This is a view of the <br />Waldoch property <br />looking north from <br />County Highway 10.
