<br />Resolution 6179 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />1. The survey shall be revised as follows: <br /> <br />a. Five and ten foot drainage and utility easements shall be added to both <br />Parcels A and B. <br />b. The following language shall be added: “The proposed drainage and utility <br />easement areas as shown herein shall be dedicated to the City of Mounds <br />View by a separate document recorded with Ramsey County.” <br />c. As pointed out by the City Attorney, the legal description for Lot 31 shall be <br />revised to be consistent with the certificate of title. <br />2. The applicant shall arrange to have the title cleared either by Court action <br />(Proceeding Subsequent) or via the title company insuring over any defects and <br />deficiencies in a manner approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />3.
