MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER 12 <br /> 13 <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 14 <br /> 15 <br />3. ROLL CALL: Linke, Quick (absent), Marty (absent), Stigney, and Gunn 16 <br /> 17 <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 18 <br /> 19 <br /> A. Monday, March 22, 2004 City Council Agenda. 20 <br /> 21 <br />City Administrator Ulrich requested that items B, C, G, and K be removed from the Agenda 22 <br />since two members of Council are absent this evening. 23 <br /> 24 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Gunn. To Approve the Monday, March 22, 2004 Agenda as 25 <br />Amended. 26 <br /> 27 <br /> Ayes – 3 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mayor Linke explained that the City’s Charter requires a unanimous vote of the three members 30 <br />when operating under a quorum and that is why some of the items were removed from the 31 <br />Agenda. 32 <br /> 33 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 34 <br /> 35 <br />David Jahnke of 8428 Eastwood Road said he saw another loan for the golf course on the 36 <br />Agenda and asked whether the City is giving the golf course more money to operate this year. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Linke indicated it is the same thing discussed at budget time and the items on the agenda 39 <br />would rearrange the financing as recommended by the Finance Director. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mr. Jahnke asked if they want more money. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Mayor Linke indicated that the fund transfer is for $300,000 to maintain the cash on hand 44 <br />required by the bond. 45
