These include both short term and long term needs. The identification of <br />the park needs is the first step in developing a long term Capital Improvement Program <br />(CIP) and developing recommendations pertaining to the City’s park system for <br />consideration in the 2004 Budget. <br /> <br />On June 26, 2003 the needs list was categorized into three categories: <br />D. Maintenance (do now) <br />E. Budget (budgeted item for 2004, 2005, or 2006) <br />F.
