<br />Resolution 6227(b) <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council hereby makes <br />the following finding of fact related to the requested planned unit development amendment: <br /> <br />1. The lot in question, 5145 Program Avenue, is zoned Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) and the allowed use for the site is office/flex. <br /> <br />2. The proposed use (religious institution) would be in conflict with the Comprehensive <br />Plan, which designates the site as “Light Industrial”. <br /> <br />3. The property is bordered by industrial/office uses. The proposed use is inconsistent <br />with surrounding uses. <br /> <br />4.
