The applicant has an <br /> agreement to purchase this site from the property owner, M&E Realty. The City Council has <br /> approved the conditional use permit for this development (Council Resolution No. 5345 attached <br /> for reference) and Ordinance 631, the ordinance which rezoned the property from B-2, Limited <br /> Business Commercial, to R-4, High Density Residential. This ordinance is also attached for your <br /> reference. One of the requirements of the approved CUP is that the applicant get approval of a <br /> Development Review. <br /> The building will have a maintenance free exterior will brick accents on the first floor. The <br /> • applicant has submitted an architectural rendering of the proposed building, which will be on <br /> display for your meeting. <br />
