4. The estimated cost of the planning phase of this project is $3,000 to <br />$5,000, to be derived from 2004 budget (Account No. 285-4470- <br />3030) Park Dedication Fund for professional services associated <br />with designing the Groveland Park Building. <br /> <br />5.
