RESOLUTION NO. 6247 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING APPROVING THE LEASE FOR A COPY MACHINE FROM <br />SAVIN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City needs to replace the copy machine in the <br />Community Center; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Savin Credit Corporation submitted the lowest cost <br />proposal; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Savin Credit Corporation will also properly dispose of the <br />old copy machine and duplicator at no additional cost to the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View that a 60 month lease for a Ricoh 4045eSP copier at $168.00 <br />per month and a maintenance agreement on the copier at the rate of $511.20 per <br />year for the first 72,000 copies per year plus $0.0071 per additional copy are <br />hereby approved and the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the <br />leases and maintenance agreements. <br /> <br /> BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, that the disposal of the Stringer 7320 <br />copier and RA4200 duplicator with Savin Inc. is approved. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 10th day of May, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />SEAL
