Possible deed restrictions'as to the use of the real property underlying the golf course were reviewed only as to the main parcel acquired from the State of Minnesota. Such excess "takings" land originally acquired for the construction of Highway 10 was transferred by quit claim deed pursuant to statutory authority to the City in 1988. 2. Due to cost issues in reviewing this matter, none of the other parcels of land which make up The Bridges Golf Course were reviewed for deed restrictio■_ . . i a •- •iii . .
