Resolution 596-99 <br /> MSP Development Review <br /> November 3, 199.9 • <br /> Page 2 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the Mounds View Planning <br /> Commission recommends approval of a development review for a 46-room, senior assisted living <br /> facility located at 2670 County Road I, subject to the following stipulations: <br /> 1. The Site plan shall be revised prior to action by the City Council as follows: <br /> a. A sidewalk shall be shown along Mounds View Drive. <br /> b. The access onto County Road I shall be marked as being"exit only." <br /> c. The building shall be situated so as to comply with all setback requirements. <br /> d.
