<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6267 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Resolution Approving a Tobacco License for <br />Big Top Liquor <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Big Top Liquor recently submitted an application for a new <br />tobacco license; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the licensing period would be May 25, 2004- June 30, 2005; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a tobacco license for Big Top Liquor located at <br />2577 Highway 10. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 24th day of May, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br />
