Curb cut openings shall be at a minimum of three feet (3') from the lot line in residential districts and five feet (5')from the lot line in business or industrial districts. d. Driveway access curb openings on a public street, except for single-family, two-family and townhouse dwellings, shall not be located less than forty feet (40') from one another. e.
