Olson- <br />Havey Convenience Store, Inc., has given permission to Shrouki Enterprise to <br />transfer ownership of their Gasoline and Tobacco License. <br /> <br />The appropriate application materials, fee and proof of workers compensation <br />insurance have been submitted. A fire inspection was done on April 16, 2004 <br />and some code violations were noted. The new owner of these licenses is to <br />correct these violations 30 days after transfer of ownership. The licensing period <br />would be June 15, 2004-June 30, 2005. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval pending the outcome of Item 10J (Resolution 6282 <br />Approving an Agreement to Purchase 2525 County Road 10 - Gas for Less - for <br />$820,000), to be presented for consideration on this City Council Meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Desaree M.
