Read Variance and CUP <br />June 28, 2004 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />While the Planning Commission and Staff support the approval of a conditional use <br />permit for an oversized garage at 2208 Lois Drive, there does not appear to be sufficient <br />hardship to warrant approval of the variance to permit the extra-wide garage. There are <br />other options for additional storage space. The applicant could add onto the back of the <br />garage or construct a separate, detached garage.
