<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6272 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />ABC Liquor <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ABC Liquor’s Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of ABC Liquor’s Intoxicating Liquor <br />License; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Intoxicating Liquor License approval is subject to a satisfactory <br />fire inspection. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Intoxicating Liquor License for ABC Liquor subject to satisfaction of <br />pending Fire Marshal orders. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 28th day of June, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
