<br />RESOLUTION NO. 6295 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH SPRINGSTED, INC. FOR CONTINUING <br />DISCLOSURE AND ARBITRAGE REBATE SERVICES FOR THE G.O. IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS, SERIES 2004A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds must comply with a SEC requirement to annually submit <br />financial reports known as continuing disclosure; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds must comply with a US Treasury requirement to <br />periodically submit arbitrage reports and rebates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Springsted, Inc. is the City’s financial advisor and provides continuing <br />disclosure and arbitrage rebate services to many of its clients; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Springsted, Inc. has filed continuing disclosure reports for the City of <br />Mounds View for the years 2001 onward; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Springsted, Inc. has proposed a contract to provide continuing disclosure <br />and arbitrage rebate services to the City for the G.O. Improvement Bonds, Series 2004A. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the existing <br />contract with Springsted, Inc. for the preparation of continuing disclosure reports to remain in <br />effect for the year 2004 and that arbitrage rebate services and the G.O.
