Mayor’s Proclamation Recognizing Participants in the 2004 Minnesota 39 <br />Technology Education Association Supermile Challenge. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mayor Linke read a Proclamation which congratulated Mounds View students for winning first 42 <br />place out of 94 competitors in the 2004 Minnesota Technology Education Association Supermile 43 <br />Challenge competition in Brainerd. He stated each of the students involved would receive a 44 <br />copy of the Proclamation. 45
