APPROVAL OF AGENDA 18 <br /> 19 <br /> A. Monday, June 14, 2004 City Council Agenda. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Mayor Linke stated he would like to postpone Item 7B until the next meeting. He also stated he 22 <br />would like to move Item 10G up in front of 10A. 23 <br /> 24 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the Monday, June 14, 2004 Agenda as 25 <br />amended. 26 <br /> 27 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.. 28 <br /> 29 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 30 <br /> 31 <br />Dennis Hammes, 5511 Quincy St., asked the Council what had been done as far as cars having 32 <br />noise violations. He stated he was talking about cars with loud mufflers and boom boxes. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Chief Sommer stated noise violations were handled on a case-by-case basis. He stated if 35 <br />someone had a specific complaint and had the license number, they would deal with that 36 <br />individually. He stated they do issue citations for loud mufflers. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Dennis Hammes stated he would like to know how many citations had been issued for noise 39 <br />violations in the last 90 days. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Chief Sommer stated he could get that information. He stated that it wasn’t that common to 42 <br />issue noise violations. 43 <br /> 44
