*Four-year totals are based on an estimated 10,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer <br />to be treated each year. <br /> <br />The low bidder was Duke’s Root Control, Inc. with a bid of $42,200.00 (based on <br />an estimated 10,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer to be treated each year). <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the contract be awarded to Duke’s Root Control in the <br />estimated amount of $42,200 for the 2004 to 2007 Sanitary Sewer Root <br />Abatement Projects. Duke’s Root Control has been awarded the Sanitary Sewer <br />Root Abatement Project for the last four years and has met or exceeded the <br />City’s specifications.
