RESOLUTION NO. 6333 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING THE PUBLICATION OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) <br />FOR WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE PREPARATION OF A SITE PLAN, <br />CONSTRUCTION PLANS, AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE GROVELAND <br />PARK BUILDING REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 12, 2004, the City Council approved Resolution No. <br />6300 rescinding Resolution No. 6203 and authorizing the preparation of a <br />Request For Proposal (RFP) for work associated with the preparation of a site <br />plan, construction plans, and specifications for the Groveland Park Building <br />Replacement Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based on Council’s direction, Staff has developed a Request <br />For Proposal (RFP); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Staff is recommending that numerous qualified Architectural <br />and Engineering Consultant firms, including those within the City’s pool of <br />consultants, be notified of the RFP either by publishing it or by directly mailing it <br />to them. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Accepts the Request For Proposal (RFP) for work associated with <br />the preparation of a site plan, construction plans, and specifications <br />for the Groveland Park Building Replacement. <br /> <br />2.
