According to Mr. Ulrich’s <br />letter of hire dated June 14, 2003, and Resolution 6062, City Council authorized a <br />starting salary under Step 2 with an increase to Step 3 after six months of employment, <br />and an increase to Step 4 after one year of employment pending a satisfactory <br />performance and City Council authorization. Mr. Ulrich’s have been employed with the <br />City of Mounds View for one (1) year effective July 21, 2004. <br /> <br />On September 7, 2004, an Executive Session was scheduled to discuss Mr. Ulrich’s job <br />performance. It was the consensus of City Council that his performance satisfies the <br />requirements of the position. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />To approve Kurt Ulrich’s step increase from STEP THREE ($39.99/hr) to STEP FOUR <br />($42.21), effective July 21, 2004.
