Mounds View City Council September 13, 2004 <br />Regular Meeting Page 14 <br /> <br />stated that she had a lot of questions and would like to look into this further. 1 <br /> 2 <br />Council Member Stigney suggested a spreadsheet showing different options should be provided 3 <br />to them. 4 <br /> 5 <br />City Clerk/Administrator Ulrich stated his concern over the time requirements for being able to transfer 6 <br />this money for the persons who were now leaving the service of the City, although he stated he did 7 <br />not know what those time requirements were. He suggested bringing this issue to the 8 <br />October work session and having someone present who could speak to both the HSA’s and 9 <br />the health retirement plans. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Council Member Stigney suggested also having someone from the League of Minnesota Cities 12 <br />present. 13 <br /> 14 <br />MOTION/SECOND.
