<br />Discussion: <br />To finalize the project, the site needs to be restored by seeding and mulching. <br />There is also some culvert and skimmer installation work, along with some <br />pathway restoration work yet to be completed. <br /> <br />Quote Review - A total of four (4) quotes were solicited for this project. There <br />were only three responses. <br /> <br />A complete quote summary is as follows: <br /> <br />Quoter’s Name Quote <br />Final Grade Inc. $15,559.00 <br />Frattalone not able to take on anymore jobs this year <br />Mattco Excavating Inc. $17,510.00 <br />Sauter & Sons $20,695.00 <br /> <br />The low quote was received from Final Grade Incorporated in the amount of <br />$15,559.00. Final Grade Incorporated has satisfactorily performed similar work <br />for the City. <br /> <br />As a note, the original estimated construction cost for this project, as per the <br />feasibility report, was $60,455.00.
