Officer Zender and Officer Menard’s supervisor has <br />reviewed his performance as it relates to his responsibilities outlined in the job <br />description. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />It was determined that Officer Zender has more than satisfactorily performed in the <br />capacity of his position, and therefore, a step increase wage adjustment from Step 1 <br />($16.59/hr) to Step 2 ($17.87/hr) is consistent with the LELS Labor Agreement. <br /> <br />It was determined that Officer Menard has more than satisfactorily performed in the <br />capacity of his position, and therefore, a longevity increase adjustment from 3% <br />($26.29/hr) to 5% ($26.80/hr) is consistent with the LELS Labor Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br />Desaree Crane <br />Administrative Assistant <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
