<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6364 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING GARY MEEHLHAUSE TO FILL A VACATED <br />SEAT ON THE MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission acts as an advisory <br />body to the City Council on matters that relate to residential, commercial, <br />industrial development and redevelopment, zoning and comprehensive planning; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 401 of the Mounds view Municipal Code authorizes <br />new members to be appointed by the City Council, and based on the <br />recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, from the applications <br />submitted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Gary Meehlhause, 7400 Park View Drive, has applied to fill <br />the vacant seat on the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Gary Meehlhause, 7400 <br />Park Vie Drive, is hereby appointed to serve a term to expire on December 31, <br />2005. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of September, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
