<br />Item No: 10E <br />Meeting Date: October 11, 2004 <br />Type of Business: CB <br />Administrator Review: _____ <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Desaree Crane, Administrative Assistant <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 6371 Step Increases for Officer Timothy Wolf and <br />Officer Keith Demarest of the Mounds View Police Department <br />and Ken Gammell of the Mounds View Cable Department <br />Background: <br /> <br />Officer Timothy Wolf, Officer Keith Demarest, and Ken Gammell are current employees <br />with the City of Mounds View. Their supervisors have reviewed their performance as it <br />relates to their responsibilities outlined in their job descriptions. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />It was determined that Officer Timothy Wolf has more than satisfactorily performed in <br />the capacity of his position, and therefore, a step increase wage adjustment from Step <br />1 ($16.59/hr) to Step 2 ($17.87/hr) is consistent with the LELS Labor Agreement. <br /> <br />It was determined that Officer Keith Demarest has more than satisfactorily performed in <br />the capacity of his position, and therefore, a step increase wage adjustment from Step <br />1 ($16.59/hr) to Step 2 ($17.87/hr) is consistent with the LELS Labor Agreement. <br /> <br />It was determined that Ken Gammell has more than satisfactorily performed in the <br />capacity of his position, and therefore, a step increase wage adjustment from Step 4 <br />($15.20/hr) to Step 5 ($16.00/hr) is consistent with the AFSCME Labor Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Desaree Crane <br />Administrative Assistant <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
