<br /> WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commissioners recommended that <br />the process for replacing the Groveland building begin in 2004 with an estimated <br />cost of $20,000 to perform the site plan, constructions plans, and specifications; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the estimated cost of $19,600 for the site plan, constructions <br />plans, and specifications will be derived from the Park Dedication Fund of the <br />2004 budget (Account No. 251-4470-3030). <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The execution of a letter of agreement with TKDA in the estimated <br />amount of $19,600 for the preparation of the site plans, <br />construction plans, specifications, and any other planning phase <br />aspects of this project is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute <br />said Letter Agreement. <br /> <br />3.
