<br />RESOLUTION 6607 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Resolution Approving a Restaurant License <br />for <br />Caribou Coffee Company <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br />certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Caribou Coffee has applied for a Restaurant License; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Caribou Coffee has submitted the proper paperwork and <br />fees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a Restaurant License for Caribou Coffee located at 2585 <br />Highway 10. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from August 23, 2005-June 30, 2006. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of August, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
