Mounds View City Council October 25, 2004 <br />Regular Meeting Page 3 <br /> <br />Nile Raufer, 7945 Long Lake Road, stated that if they would have had the billboards eight or 1 <br />nine years ago, the golf course wouldn’t be in the trouble it is today. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Mayor Linke stated that that was the choice of the Department of Transportation. 4 <br /> 5 <br />Mr. Raufer argued that they are getting taxed on the park, and people enjoy the park. He stated there will be one more small bill after the 23 <br />contractor fulfills their obligations with the contract. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Council Member Marty noted that the pest control bills have lowered since switching to just one 26 <br />pest control place regarding Item 114727, page 14, Will Kill Pest Control. 27 <br /> 28 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn. To approve Just and Correct Claims as presented. 29 <br /> 30 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays -0 Motion carried 31 <br /> 32 <br />9. CONSENT AGENDA 33 <br /> 34 <br />A. Licenses for Approval 35 <br />B. Reschedule a Public Hearing for Resolution 6375, an Off Sale Liquor License 36 <br />for Network Liquor Store, LLC located at 2345 County Road H2. 37 <br />Reschedule for November 8, 2004 at 7:05 pm. 38 <br />C. Set a Public Hearing for 7:10pm, Monday, November 8, 2004 to consider 39 <br />Resolution 6381 an Off Sale Liquor License for ABC Liquor located at 2840 40 <br />Highway 10. 41 <br />D.
