Update on Medtronic CRM Corporate Campus <br /> • General Sheet Metal paid the City $34,426.00 for mechanical permit <br /> for HVAC systems for the North Building on June 27, 2006. <br /> • During the week of July 11th, the steel beams reached the 4th floor for <br /> the Central Building and the setup of steel beams for the South <br /> Building was begun. <br /> • Topping out of the North Building occurred on July 10, 2006. <br /> • M.V. City Council approved on July 10, 2006 an Interim Use Permit <br /> (IUP) for a billboard at 5201 Program Ave. (near 35W) to replace one <br /> of the billboards removed from the Medtronic site. <br />
