S <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVAL OF TAGLINE FOR THE CITY OF TRACY BRAND BASE <br /> WHEREAS, On January 15, 2008 the City Council of the City of Tracy (the "City Council") <br /> directed staff to move forward with a community identity and branding pursuit to further <br /> economic development and city image efforts, and <br /> WHEREAS, A Professional Services Agreement (the "PSA") was entered into by and <br /> between the City of Tracy (the "City") and NAPPIC Communications (the"Consultant") for the <br /> purpose of professional marketing services to establish a brand base, and <br /> WHEREAS, On June 17, 2008 the City Council approved the following character voice; <br /> "Inspirational Speaker Voice" (the "Character Voice"), and <br /> WHEREAS, Based on the research conducted and feedback solicited by the Consultant, <br /> the Consultant recommends the following tagline; "Think Inside the Triangle". <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council does hereby approve the <br /> following Tagline "Think Inside the Triangle". <br /> * **** *** * ** * * *** ** * ** *** *** * <br /> • The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the Tracy City <br /> Council on the 15th day of July, 2008, by the following vote: <br /> AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: <br /> NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: <br /> ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: <br /> ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • <br />
