Below are the <br />EDC's 2009 priorities adopted by the EDC on January 16, 2009: <br />1) Development/redevelopment along County Hwy 10 Corridor <br />a. Premium Stop Redevelopment Area (south to County Road H) <br />b. Saturn Dealership <br />c. Silver View Plaza <br />d. Trailway connections to businesses <br />e. PAK building <br />f. Establish partnerships among neighboring cities in order to strengthen the <br />County Hwy 10 corridor (i.e. potential name change for County Hwy 10) <br />g. Knollwood Place & Johnson Property <br />h. Improve the aesthetics of properties in the County Road 10 corridor <br />2) Incorporate the Risdall Branding Study, including marketing and communications <br />plans, to help guide the EDC's priorities and recommendations <br />3) Monitor and assist with City-wide housing issues and projects <br />4) Support the implementation of the Citywide Street & Utility Improvement Program <br />5) Skyline Motel Redevelopment <br />
