CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Gary Meehlhause called the meeting to order at 7:34am. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Chair Gary Meehlhause, Vice Chair Wagner-Harkonen, <br />Commissioners Greg Belting, Jackie Entsminger, Jason Helgemoe & <br />Dan Larson <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Tom Johnson <br />Staff Present: Community Development Director Ken Roberts & Economic <br />Development Specialist Heidi Steinmetz <br />APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 19, 2010 AGENDA <br />Ms. Steinmetz proposed to add Item 8F (12`" Annual Home & Garden Show) to the agenda. <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Belting moved and Vice Chair Wagner-Harkonen seconded <br />the approval of the February 19; 2010 EDC agenda as amended. <br />Motion Carried: 6 Ayes 0 Nays <br />4. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 15, 2010 EDC MINUTES <br />Motion/Second: Vice Chair Wagner-Harkonen moved and Commissioner Entsminger <br />seconded the approval of the January 15, 2010 EDC minutes. <br />Motion Carried: 6 Ayes 0 Nays <br />5. SPECIAL BUSINESS <br />A. Oath of Office - Gary Meehlhause <br />Gary Meehlhause read and signed his oath of office during today's EDC meeting. <br />
