"We are excited for this opportunity." said President &
CEO, Tim Roche. "Main Street Village has a multitude of businesses all within one
central location."
Main Street Village is a mixed-use project in downtown New Brighton featuring four
office/retail buildings, restaurants and multifamily housing on a ten -acre site. Main Street
Village has tenants such as the New Brighton Post Office, Risdall Marketing Group, CU
Companies, DD's, Jimmy Johns, and Our Bar and Grill.
With the move, the Twin Cities North Chamber will be vacating the office in the Mounds
View Community Center. "It is always tough to move." said Roche, "but it is even more
difficult to tell our landlord, the City of Mounds View, that we will be leaving. They have
been very good to us for 6 years."
The Chamber of Commerce would like to thank members Cave & Associates, Essence
Real Estate Services, Landwehr Law Offices, Pratt Ordway Properties, and WIN
Insurance for getting us this far in the process. Specifically Pratt Ordway Properties, as
the Chambers new landlord, has gone out of their way in accommodating this transition.
As. the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce is a regional Chamber, focusing its
efforts on business in 10 communities, the location of the office is just a piece of the
puzzle. "The Board of Directors has been working very hard to ensure that we have the
impact of a regional Chamber, but the connections of a local Chamber." Roche stated.
"We are looking forward to continuing to drive the new agenda for business in the region,
with a list of cutting edge initiatives."
The Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to the growth of private
business. With over 400 member businesses in the surrounding area, we advocate for
economic development and the opportunity to create jobs that pay great wages and offer
competitive benefits to area residents.
If you would like more info on this topic, please contact Tim Roche
at 763-571-9781 or tim@twincitiesnorth.org
