CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chair Torri Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:34am. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MAY 20, 2011 AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Helgemoe moved and Commissioner Paron seconded the <br />approval of the May 20, 2011 EDC agenda. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF APRIL 15, 2011 EDC MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Meehlhause mentioned two corrections on page two under “Item 7. Reports <br />of Commissioners.” He noted that Meghan’s last name is “Lorence” and the word “at” <br />should be changed to “as”. Chair Johnson added that Jill Hutmacher’s, Arden Hills <br />Community Development Director, should be listed under “Item 2. Roll Call” under “Others <br />Present”. <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Meehlhause moved and Commissioner Belting seconded <br />the approval of April 15, 2011 minutes as amended. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />5.
