The <br />10,560-square-foot building was built in 1965. The building has been vacant since early <br />2005. The vacancy date is based on the last utility bill issued by the City. As indicated on <br />the attachment, Ramsey County’s 2012 estimated value of the structure is $183,600. The <br />County’s estimated value for both the structure and land is $427,500.
