Entrance monument signs $886,600 Gateway features are included for 2014 in the City’s 5-Year Financial Plan. $55,000 (two entrance signs) Source: 2002 County Road 10 Redevelopment and Redevelopment Plan Preliminary Cost Estimates + 10% inflation Decorative banners with City logo for existing trailway light posts $1,000 The EDA’s 2012 advertising budget could potentially be used for banners. $3,300 (50 banners & brackets) There are 110 total existing light posts. Source: Carrot-Top Industries Upgrade private business signs $50,000 The EDA’s Business Improvement Loan Program could be used for this. Costs for upgrading private business signs will vary depending on the sign.
