ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Members Present: Chair Torri Johnson, Vice Chair Jennifer Wagner-Harkonen and <br />Commissioners Greg Belting, Jason Helgemoe, Dan Larson, Gary <br />Meehlhause and Jim Paron <br /> <br />Staff Present: Economic Development Specialist Heidi Steinmetz <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 17, 2012 AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Larson moved and Vice Chair Wagner-Harkonen seconded <br />the approval of the February 17, 2012 EDC agenda. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 16, 2011 EDC MINUTES <br /> <br /> Commissioner Helgemoe noted the date under Item 6 needed to be changed to February <br />24. <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Helgemoe moved and Commissioner Belting seconded the <br />approval of the December 16, 2011 minutes as amended. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 6 Ayes, 1 Abstention <br /> <br />5. EDC BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Oaths of Office – Greg Belting and Jim Paron <br /> Commissioners Belting and Paron read their Oaths of Office for terms 2012-2014. <br /> <br />B. Appoint 2012 EDC Chairperson and Vice Chairperson <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Larson moved and Commissioner Meehlhause seconded <br />the approval of Torri Johnson as 2012 EDC Chairperson and Jennifer Wagner-Harkonen as <br />2012 EDC Vice Chairperson. <br /> <br /> Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays
