REPORTS OF STAFF <br /> <br />A. Recap of April 11th Mounds View Business Council Meeting <br />MnDOT staff attended the April 11th meeting to discuss the two bridges to be demolished in <br />Mounds View in June. <br /> <br />B. TCAAP Development Update <br />Ramsey County has not decided if they will sign a purchase agreement for the property <br />without a stadium development. There is a site tour and presentation in Arden Hills on April <br />25th. <br /> <br />C. Mounds View Business News <br />The registration headquarters for the MN Street Rod Association’s annual “Back to the 50s” <br />car show is at The Mermaid this year. If businesses want to offer a coupon in a coupon <br />book sponsored by the EDA, contact Ms. Steinmetz. <br /> <br />The MN Institute of Public Health’s new name is Invitation Health Institute. <br /> <br />The Chamber is offering a Technology Summit on April 25th. <br /> <br />D. Available Business Sites in Mounds View <br />The only change to the available site list is that the PAK building is no longer available. <br /> <br />E. Thursday, June 14th ULI “Navigating the New Normal” Workshop <br />Elected and appointed officials are invited to this two-hour workshop to discuss land use <br />and Economic Development. <br /> <br />City Administrator Jim Ericson reminded the Commission about Allina Medical <br />Transportation’s open house April 24th from 4-7pm. <br /> <br />8. NEXT REGULAR EDC MEETING <br /> <br />The next regular EDC meeting was scheduled for Friday, May 18, 2012 at 7:30am. <br /> <br />9.
