Coventry is the senior housing project that will be built on County Rd 10 between County Rd H2 and Woodale. Coventry’s goal is to close on the property in late July. City staff is forecasting a groundbreaking in late August. 7B – TCAAP Development Update On June 19, 2012, the Ramsey County Board voted to proceed with negotiations to acquire TCAAP. On June 25, 2012, the Arden Hills City Council approved a resolution in support of the purchase. Most likely, there will be a joint powers agreement between the County and the City of Arden Hills to define the roles and responsibilities of each party if the County purchases the property. The County has until October 1, 2012, to withdraw the purchase offer to receive a full refund of their earnest money. 7C – Mounds View Business News Attached are the May, June and July editions of Mounds View Business News. 7D – Available Business Sites in Mounds View Attached is a list of available business sites in Mounds View.
