Mustang Drive & Mustang Circle <br />b. Infrastructure for Businesses <br />c. Silver View Plaza <br /> <br />2) Promote New Business <br />a. Property Acquisition & Demolition <br /> <br />3) Vacant Housing <br /> <br />4) Complete County Road 10 Trail Way Segments <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />At the November 5, 2012, City Council Work Session, the Council asked the EDC to review <br />the above priority list and provide the Council with specific County Road 10 project ideas <br />that could be accomplished using the EDA’s unobligated TIF of approximately $900.000. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the EDC provide the Council with prioritized County Road 10 <br />project ideas within a $900,000 budget. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Heidi Steinmetz, Economic Development Specialist <br />
